This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Client Services Director to join an established and highly successful full service marketing and design agency. They are looking for someone from an agency and/or clientside background who is an entrepreneur at heart, with the commercial acumen to identify growth opportunities that impact on revenue/profit for clients and for the agency.
They need a top notch marketer with a proven ability to deliver through the line campaigns across all media from press and outdoor to DM, print and online, coupled with a natural ability to forge strong client relationships.
The successful candidate needs to be able to work pro-actively, demonstrate their outstanding organisational skills and the ability to cope under pressure. You will also need the ability to work strategically with clients to develop activity that achieves ROI as well as be willing to keep your hands on the tactical day-to-day activity.
This person will play a pivotal role in the development the agency, its clients and the team as follows:
- Working with the MDs to ensure the agency’s financial targets are met.
- Acquiring new business through client development, pitch support and presentations.
- Generating creative briefs, working with the Creative Director on ideas and campaign development.
- Direct line management of account handling team.
- Recruitment and development of account handling team
- Being a credible ambassador for the agency, building confidence with clients, consolidating and building client relationships and spotting/delivering new revenue opportunities.
